  • Email and WhatsApp – Direct communication with clients

  • iPhone Notes - During consultations and pet visits

  • Google Analytics – Website traffic and user interaction

  • HubSpot CMS – Website and form hosting

  • GoDaddy – Domain provider

  • Stripe - Payment provider

5. How Your Data is Stored and Protected

Your data is stored securely in both physical and digital formats. Measures in place include:

  • Printed documents stored in a locked drawer with limited access.

  • Electronic files stored on password-protected devices secured with Norton antivirus software.

  • Mobile phone used for client contact is password protected.

  • Information is stored securely within trusted third-party services:

    • Google Workspace (Google Forms, Gmail, Google Maps)

    • HubSpot (forms, CMS, CRM)

    • GoDaddy (domain management)

    • Stripe (payment information)
  • Data collected via this website is protected through HTTPS encryption.

I use your information to:

  • Provide safe and personalised care for your pets
