It was really important to me that my rabbits were cared for by someone who really understands bunny behaviour and how to look after them.
I knew straight away that Lydia would be perfect as her knowledge and love for bunnies really shines through. ✨️ I was completely at ease while I was away, as I knew they were in good, professional hands.
The rabbits loved her visits and clearly bonded with her in their time together too.
Lydia kept them very clean, fed and watered and also made sure they were given lots of fuss during her visits.
She also sent me lovely photos of Forest and Wolf after every visit too with an update on how they were doing which I really appreciated.
Lydia even did an extra visit for me when my flight was cancelled and I had to stay away an extra night.
There is no doubt I will be coming back to Hoppiness Pet Care whenever I need bunny care from now on! Thank you so much! ☺️"

What really stood out was how well she understood their different personalities — she recognised that one of the cats was outgoing and loved attention, while the other was more shy and needed a gentler, quieter approach. It was clear she took the time to get to know them as individuals, which meant so much to me. "Lydia provided an excellent cat sitting service looking after my indoor cat whist we were away at my daughters wedding. Each day she kept my cat (Ivy) well fed and watered and spent time playing with her and also cleaned her litter tray. I recieved photos every day via whatsaap, and this provided assurance that Ivy was happy. Ivy always looked alert and happy as a result of such good care. I would highly recommend hoppinesspetcare and will definitely be using them again in the future.. Thanks Lydia for looking after Ivy so well 😊"

"A real gem to have found to look after all our pet babies"
"Would recommend Lydia to anyone. She did such a great job looking after our collection of animals while we were away. 4 rabbits, 9 guinea pigs, 4 rats, and multiple insects/ invertebrates. Felt completely confident that she would care for them really well - and she did. Daily cuddles for everyone who wanted it, good excercise time given and daily cleaning out where needed with one big clean scheduled in too..
Photos were sent daily which was so nice to see.. and just more proof of how happy our pets were in her care. Have rebooked with Lydia already for our next holiday.

"Lydia is such a sweetheart. She was so lovely with our teenage Staffy, Ziggy, who is an anxious and energetic boy with very exacting standards! 😂 Usually Zig is anxious when left with a stranger but I came home to a calm and content pup who had clearly been very well cared for. Lydia updated us promptly after each walk and gave lots of detail so we felt super comfortable with Zig’s activities. Highly recommend!"

Lydia has always looked ahead to consider weather, heat, wet, whether they are ok in the rain, towel them down, cool them down at end of walks - remain with them if panting and possibly overheated!….do not hesitate to consider Lydia for your fur babies - you will not find anyone better I am sure.
